How We Manufacture Our Own Aluminum Tracks in Ontario
We Order Ontario Aluminum Flat-Stock from Kaycan
We start with flat-stock aluminum sheet material made in Ontario and supplied in rolls. This provides a strong, reliable base that we can custom-form for each home.
We Measure and Shape Using an Aluminum Break
At our North York workspace, our installers measure each section based on the customer’s roofline. We then use an aluminum break to bend and shape the metal into custom tracks. This ensures the angles and lengths fit the home properly.
We Punch Mounting Holes for the LED Light Bulbs
After shaping the track, we use a precision hole punch tool to create mounting holes for the LED bulbs. The spacing is even and consistent, which creates smooth and uniform lighting once installed.
We Paint and Prepare the Tracks for Installation
Once the tracks are shaped and punched, we color-match them to over 60 different colors so they blend into your home’s exterior during the day. Because we manufacture locally, we can make extra pieces the same day if needed — no waiting a week for replacement parts.
