We work with raw flat-stock aluminum rolls and fabricate each track in-house to suit your home's soffits, fascia, and roofline. Our Process

How We Manufacture Our Own Aluminum Tracks in Ontario

Step 1

We Order Ontario Aluminum Flat-Stock from Kaycan

We start with flat-stock aluminum sheet material made in Ontario and supplied in rolls by Kaycan Aluminum. This provides a strong, reliable base that we can custom-form for each home — no off-the-shelf parts, no overseas shipments.

Step 2

We Measure and Shape Using an Aluminum Break

Our installers measure each section based on the customer's roofline and use an aluminum break to bend and shape the metal into custom tracks — ensuring angles and lengths fit the home properly.

Step 3

We Punch Mounting Holes for the LED Light Bulbs

After shaping the track, we use a precision hole punch tool to create evenly spaced mounting holes for the LED bulbs — delivering smooth, uniform lighting once installed.

Step 4

We Paint and Prepare the Tracks for Installation

We colour-match tracks to over 60 colours so they blend into your home's exterior. Because we manufacture locally, we can make extra pieces the same day — no waiting a week for replacements.

The Track Is Mounted on Your Home

Here is an Ontario-made aluminum track mounted on the exterior of a GTA home — shown after fabrication and before the LED lights are placed into it. The track sits flush along your roofline, blending cleanly into the exterior by day.
